One of the unique perks of contracting in London is the chance to collaborate on the same client across different agencies. For me, Heineken was a standout example.

At Publicis, I worked with the creative team to launch Heineken's first-ever chatbot featuring José Mourinho. We developed an extensive asset library, enabling the chatbot to deliver personalized, witty, and sarcastic responses to football fans, creating authentic interactions and plenty of banter.

A few years later, at Communicator, I shifted gears to support Heineken's "Live Your Music" initiative, contributing to a series of smaller web projects that showcased their new music-focused channel. These varied experiences highlighted Heineken's commitment to innovation and audience engagement across different platforms.

 

Live Your Music

Heineken's Live Your Music platform was a haven for music lovers, offering exclusive access to sold-out festivals with VIP camping, members-only areas, and captivating podcasts and playlists curated by top DJs worldwide. The design seamlessly integrated with the Heineken CMS, customized to infuse the platform with a vibrant, festival-like atmosphere.

 
 
 
 

UEFA Chatbot

As a top sponsor of the UEFA Champions League, Heineken knows that match nights are the perfect time for fans and beer to unite. However, since most matches happen during the week, it can be challenging for fans to gather and enjoy the game together.
